Terms of Internet Consultation  

The $50.00 payment is subject to the following terms:

  • The interview shall not last longer than one 20 minutes telephone interview or, if done by email, to one 100 word response. We have the discretion to reply by telephone or by email. Your response will be within one business day by an attorney experienced in estate, trust and elder law litigation.  For out-of-state calls try using  free telephony from Skype. 

  • Your payment does not create an attorney-client relationship.

  • E-mail addresses of our attorneys are not provided as a means for prospective clients to contact our firm or to submit information to us. By clicking "accept", you acknowledge that we have no obligation to maintain the confidentiality of any information you submit to us unless we have already agreed to represent you or we later agree to do so. Thus, we may represent a party in a matter adverse to you even if the information you submit to us could be used against you in that matter.

  • Additional interviews or e-mail responses on new issues require another payment.
